Deboned chickens with Grandma’s stuffings helped to create La Boucherie. Young tender chickens are deboned by hand, then filled with one of our homemade stuffings. The chickens are carefully stitched back together with butcher twine, then seasoned to perfection. Easy to bake and serve by cutting like a cake, it makes for an incredible presentation. Our delicious stuffings: Jalapeno Cornbread Dressing, Traditional Cornbread Dressing, Dirty Rice, Wild Rice Pecan, Crawfish Jambalaya, Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya, and Pork Boudin.
